Rayan Qutub has more than 22 years of international experience in the fields of real estate development, industry, education, health care and regulatory development. After less than one year at King Abdullah Port, he streamlined the port’s development process and connected it to the adjacent Industrial Valley in King Abdullah Economic City. Previously, Qutub served as CEO for the Industrial Valley, overseeing its growth into an ideal destination for industrial and logistics companies. He also led the business development of many city-level projects in KAEC, including the city’s first international school. Qutub holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in addition to completing several executive education programs in leadership, real estate and economic development. An active member of the business development community, he holds membership and board positions in a number of local, national and international organizations.

The company also holds the rights to grant concessions via the Economic Cities Authority, forming the foundation for a streamlined experience.
