For over 170 years, LD ARMATEURS Group (LDA) has specialized in providing custom industrial maritime solutions with high-added-value activities and integrated services to its clients, ranging from ship design and ship management to maritime operations.

The Group offers maritime transportation and services in the following businesses:

– Logistics & Transportation (port management, transshipment & cargo handling, 3 PL Logistics, transportation of heavy lift and specialized cargoes, forwarding activities, logistics engineering);

- Submarine Telecommunication Cables (submarine cable laying and maintenance, submarine surveys)

– Renewable Energy (power cable installation/protection in shallow waters, offshore wind turbine maintenance, onshore wind services, ).

LDA has a worldwide presence with over 1,800 staff and around 30 vessels. Since July 2025, LDA has been supported in its growth by InfraVia Capital Partners, through its InfraVia European Fund VI.
