AdSP (The Port System Authority) is a non-profit public body with administrative, budgetary and financial autonomy that directs, plans, coordinates, promotes and controls port operations. It performs maintenance of the common areas, maintains the seabed, supervises the provision of services of general interest, exclusively administers the state areas and property, and plans the development of the port territory. Furthermore, the AdSP (Port System Authority) is subject to the guidance and supervision of the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport.
