Martyn Cowie brings 20 years of experience in the energy sector, earning recognition as both a dynamic business leader and an engaging speaker who captivates audiences with his insights and expertise.
Martyn's journey began in 2005 with Vetco Gray, later acquired by GE, in Scotland. Over the years, he progressed into Business Management roles, taking his career to the Middle East in 2013. This deepened his regional expertise, whilst he also obtained an MBA from Hult International Business School.
In 2021, Martyn co-founded Tyde Digital, a company specializing in business transformation services. Tyde Digital helps business leaders harness the power of technology and data, addressing immediate business challenges while paving the way for sustainable growth and innovation, driven by data.
Following his participation in last year’s Breakbulk Middle East event, Martyn and his team have focused extensively on working with ports to optimize data utilization. Their efforts have been geared toward improving operational efficiency and driving smarter financial analysis in this critical sector.
