The ability to influence others is a key to effective leadership and this session will take a deep dive into the ways to build influence through relationships, skills, communication and innovation. We'll hear from four influential women at different stages in their careers who will share their experiences in building their style of influence. You'll come away with practical strategies you can apply in your workplace: the dos and don'ts of becoming a more influential leader. This session includes a light networking breakfast and a period to share your own experiences and ask questions of the panellists.
