Shahab Al Jassmi is the Senior Vice President – Ports & Terminals Commercial GCC for DP World UAE, a global provider of end-to-end supply chain logistics. He is responsible for spearheading Jebel Ali Terminal’s core commercial operations for Container Terminal, General Cargo i.e. for Ro-Ro, Bulk & Break-bulk, Customer Care & Business Process Improvement and Managing Jebel Ali Terminal’s overall business portfolio.

Shahab has been with DP World since 2010, with commercial expertise in managing strategic relationships with key customers of Shipping lines, General Cargo & Traders and with an extensive background in Business Development and Real Estate. Proficient in Providing value propositions for services rendered & ensure UAE Region credibility is always maintained with customers and drive all project activities for Ports & Terminal’s Commercial from conceptualization to execution & finalization.

Prior to joining DP World, Shahab handled key commercial responsibilities in Dubai World Central, a strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai to support economic development, and Dubai Aluminum, one of the largest aluminum smelters in the world.
