ADNOC Logistics & Services is a fully integrated commercial shipping and maritime logistics company that utilizes the latest technology and leverages strategic partnerships to provide a reliable, cost-effective and efficient service to its customers. ADNOC Logistics & Services, the Maritime arm of ADNOC has more than 40 years of experience and assets from shipping, offshore and onshore services. It manages a fleet of over 300 vessels and a logistics base of 1.5 million square meters. It serves customers both within ADNOC Group and internationally, facilitating the development of the UAE’s energy industries and the nation's position as a global energy provider.

ADNOC L&S creates value through four primary areas of activities: Shipping operations with a diversified fleet for LNG, crude, refined products, dry bulk and container transport; Marine Services (petroleum port operations, diving services and oil spill response) Offshore and Onshore Services (offshore logistics and integrated support services, integrated logistics base and a marine passenger terminal).

The company is led by CEO AbdulKareem Al Masabi, also Chairman of the UAE Shipping Association since 2018.
