Launched in 2004, the Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) is the investment and development arm of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) and is co-owned by ASEZA and the Government of Jordan. ADC's mandate is to build new infrastructure, expand existing utilities, manage key facilities, and create business enablers for ASEZA.
To drive progress and develop a coherent ecosystem, ADC focuses its efforts on six core sectors:

• Green Growth and Sustainability
• Creative Industries
• Education and Development Skills
• Logistics & Transport
• Tourism and Lifestyle ADC's mission is to attract economic growth, foster environmental stewardship, and enhance the quality of life in Aqaba, aiming to make it one of the 100 most livable cities.
ADC is committed to creating a thriving business ecosystem by leveraging its expertise, strategic partnerships, and dedication to integrity and transparency. This mission is an interpretation of the Royal vision to establish Aqaba as a regional and global beacon of sustainable development and innovation.
