Exhibitor Competition Terms & Conditions

This prize draw and award is organised by Breakbulk Middle East, part of Hyve Events MEA FZE (the “Promoter”). By entering this draw, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
1.      Eligibility
 
1.1    To be considered, you must be an exhibitor at Breakbulk Middle East. You must use the Breakbulk advocacy tool Gleanin and download your personalised graphic, copy the pre-written post, and share this on any social media platform, WhatsApp or via email (the “Competition”).
 
2.      Nominations
                     
2.1    The opening date for the Competition is 12th November 2025
 
2.2    The closing date for the Competition is 4th February 2026 09:00 AM GST (The “Closing Date”). Posts after this time will not be eligible.
 
3.      Prize
 
3.1    The exhibitor whose post receives the most engagement (the “Winner”) will be identified after the Closing Date.
 
3.2    The Winner will be notified via email on or after 5th February 2026 at 17:00 PM GST.
 
3.3    The Winner must respond to the Promoter within five days (the “Claim Period”). If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above.
 
3.4    The Winner will receive a $300 voucher from the company Gifting Owl to be used on an experience for them and their team.
 
4.      General
 
4.1    If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations, and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason.
 
4.2    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at Hyve Events MEA FZE, 2 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6JG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in clause 2.2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoters [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
 
4.3    The prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no alternative is offered.
 
4.4    The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
 
4.5    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
 
4.6    Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice, which can be found here. See also clause 4.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.
 
4.7    These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
