Prize draw terms and conditions: Breakbulk Middle East #CargotheCamel

This prize draw and award is organised by Breakbulk Middle East, part of Hyve International Events Limited (the “Promoter”). By entering this draw, you accepted and agreed to be bound upon these terms and conditions.
 
1.       Eligibility
 
1.1 To enter the draw, you must snap a creative photo with a ‘Cargo the Camel Sticker Hunt’ sticker and share this to social media tagging @break_bulk and using the hashtags #CargotheCamel #BBME26 in your post (the “Competition”)
 
2.    Nominations
 
2.1 The opening date for the Competition is 4 February 2026.
 
2.2 The closing date for the Competition is 5 February 2026, 16:00. Social media posts after this time will not be eligible.
 
3.       Prize
 
3.1 There will be one winner (the “Winner”) who will be randomly selected after 9 February 2026 (the “Draw Date”)
 
3.2 The Winner will be notified via email on or after 10 February 2026.
 
3.3 The Winner must respond to the Promoter within five days (the “Claim Period”). If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above.
 
3.4 The Winner will receive a $150 voucher from Gifting Owl
 
4.       General
 
4.1    If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations, and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason.
 
4.2    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at Hyve International Events Limited, 2 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6JG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in clause 2.2 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoters [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
 
4.3    The prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no alternative is offered.
 
4.4    The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
 
4.5    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
 
4.6    Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice, which can be found here. See also clause 4.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.
 
4.7    These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
