Business Development & Commercial Manager RAK Ports
Ankush Vohra is Head of Business Development for the RAK Ports Group and RAK Maritime City Freezone in Ras al Khaimah . An ex Master Mariner with close to 25 years’ experience in the shipping sector, Ankush has held positions in various sectors of the shipping supply chain.
He sailed with AP Moller for 12 years as a Master Mariner on various fleets ( Tankers / RORO / Containers ) . Post that Ankush took up Commercial Ship Chartering and Broking working with the likes of Braemar Seascope and Clarksons.
For the past 10 years Ankush has been combining all the seagoing knowledge and Commercial Connections to develop trade and business for ports.
Before Joining RAK Ports , Ankush was the Key Account Manager for the entire General Cargo Business in Jebel Ali Port.
