Fiona McBride is the Chief Executive Officer of Emile Woolf Middle East (EWME), a leading provider of corporate training and capability development across the GCC.

With over 30 years of international experience, Fiona works with organisations operating in complex, regulated and asset-intensive environments to strengthen leadership capability and future-proof their workforce. A former Chief Financial Officer, Fiona brings deep insight into boardroom dynamics, risk, governance, and strategic decision-making. Her work focuses on translating leadership ambition into practical execution, helping organisations manage transformation while maintaining operational resilience.

Through Emile Woolf Middle East, Fiona partners with government entities, regulators, and multinational organisations to design enterprise-driven learning programmes that align workforce capability with national development and infrastructure agendas. She is also a strong advocate for advancing women in traditionally male-dominated sectors. 

As a leader of the Non-Executive Directors Association Middle East, she actively supports the progression of women into senior leadership and board-level roles.
