Guo Zhong is the Senior Vice President of Sinopec Heavy Lifting & Transportation Co., Ltd., and a seasoned expert with over four decades of experience in the engineering sector of the Sinopec Group. He served as Project Manager for Sinopec's inaugural overseas EPC project, demonstrating a comprehensive, full-cycle engineering perspective spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. 

Throughout his distinguished career, he has held key leadership roles across several of Sinopec's overseas entities. As a recognized authority in heavy lifting and transport, he has been closely involved in the restructuring of Sinopec's engineering division and contributed to the formation of its specialized subsidiary—Sinopec Heavy Lifting & Transportation Co., Ltd. 

In addition to nearly twenty years of international experience, he remains committed to advancing integrated mode in heavy lifting and transportation in engineering sector.
