Maritime Civil Engineer

Maurice Kerr is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 15 years of international experience in the delivery of waterfront, coastal, and port development projects, including various types of bulk terminal facilities. 

His recent work has focused on the design and development of marine infrastructure across the Middle East and East Africa, including projects involving the inspection, assessment, and refurbishment of port facilities.

In addition to his project work, Maurice actively contributes to the development of best practice industry guidance and independent research initiatives aimed at delivering increased value, cost efficiency, sustainability, and quality improvements in marine infrastructure developments.
