She has over two decades of global experience across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and has held senior leadership roles within major logistics and maritime organisations. Her expertise includes terminal start-ups, workforce negotiations, joint venture partnerships, performance management, and driving organisational change in complex and emerging markets.
