BBS also provides a dedicated project team (complete with a project manager, coordinator and sponsor) for each individual project, this allows customers to have a single point of contact for all of their shipments as compared to the more traditional import/export/air/sea split. Upon award, the BBS team mobilises immediately and puts boots on the ground at all cargo origins to start the surveying and reporting process, this pre-shipment study/survey allows our clients to modify their fabrication/shipping plan in accordance with our team’s expert advice to help reduce cost and streamline the logistics process.
