Currently serving as the Regional Control Tower Manager for Oil & Gas Projects in the Middle East & Africa at DHL Global Forwarding, Dalia is deeply rooted in project management, customer-centricity, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Her work consistently yields enhanced efficiency, innovative solutions, and improved profitability for customers.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dalia is a dedicated solo parent to a remarkable 22-year-old gentleman and a lovely 15-year-old daughter. Alongside her family commitments, she nurtures a passion for holistic healing modalities, holding certifications as a Theta and Sound Healing practitioner.
