Mr. Manoj, a distinguished professional with over 25 years of unparalleled experience in the drilling industry. Throughout his illustrious career, Manoj has held key positions at renowned organizations such as Weatherford International, Foresight Drilling, Transocean, Baker Hughes, and BG International.
Armed with a degree in Industrial Engineering, a Postgraduate qualification in Materials Management, and having successfully completed the Management Program from Harvard Business School, Manoj brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to the table.
Currently, Manoj serves as the head of the Supply Chain Compliance function at Shelf Drilling, where he oversees critical areas such as Vendor Management and Inventory. His role is pivotal in ensuring that Shelf Drilling operates at the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.
